Paintings have a life of their own that derives from the artist’s soul. One look and you can feel the emotions, joy, sadness, love or chaos. Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time. Life crushes the soul and art reminds you that you have one.

About: I am a self-taught artist who discovered a passion for art at a very young age. Some of my works include calligraphy, journaling, sketching and acrylic pouring. Coming from a conservative Afghan family, it’s been hard for me to grow myself as an artist. However, I am keeping my hopes high and working hard toward reaching my goals.
